When you write in, it's useful to include:

• Which app you're using (for example, TrueHatch) and the app version;
• Your device and operating system (for example, iPhone 13 / iOS, or a specific Android phone);
• A short description of what happened and what you expected, and a screenshot if you have one.

Deleting your data

Our apps use anonymous, device-based accounts. To request deletion of the data associated with your device, email support@bighungrytechllc.com and we'll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store.
