These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications provided by Big Hungry Technologies LLC ("Big Hungry," "we," "us"), including TrueHatch (the "apps"). By using an app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.
The service
Our apps help you identify insects and fly patterns, suggest matching flies, and offer regional guidance for time outdoors. They are informational tools intended to assist your own judgment — not a substitute for it.
Accounts
The apps use anonymous, device-based accounts. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device.
Acceptable use
Please use the apps lawfully and reasonably. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or misuse the apps or the services they rely on, and do not use them to violate the rights of others.
Purchases and subscriptions
Any paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under those stores' terms. Pricing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by the applicable store using your existing store account.
Accuracy and outdoor safety
Identifications, recommendations, and guidance are provided for general information and may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for your own safety and for complying with all applicable fishing, hunting, licensing, and conservation laws and regulations. Always verify local rules, seasons, and conditions, and use your own judgment in the field.
Disclaimer of warranties
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any identification or recommendation is correct.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Hungry Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the apps.
Changes to the apps and these Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue features, and we may revise these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date; continued use of the apps means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
